48 Blocks Festival Artist Application

One day. One place. A full-tilt celebration of Atlantic City’s creative spirit featuring art, live performances, and stories from all 48 blocks.

48 Blocks Festival is a fully-loaded festival, complete with two stages of local live music, theater, and poetry, a full schedule of art activities and demonstrations, a marketplace of exhibiting artists and vendors, community resources, food vendors, and most importantly, you.

This festival is dedicated to the diverse and unique; to the beautiful and strange; the beloved and misunderstood: to the artist in us all.

We are seeking artists to be a part of 48 Blocks Festival 2026 happening from 12 pm–8 pm on Saturday, September 19, 2026 in Uptown and Fisherman's Parks in Atlantic City.

We have four categories of artist opportunities:

  • Live Art is a demonstration of artistic practice during the festival.

  • Workshops are hands-on sessions with participants and materials.

  • Activations are engaging experiences or interactive setups.

  • Art Installations are large scale artworks throughout the festival.

Please complete the application to be considered for selection. All submissions will be evaluated by our Advisory Committee and scored based on completeness, authentic creativity, originality, and capacity to fulfill obligations, with preference given to local artists. This is a paid opportunity.

Application deadline is July 5 at 5:00 PM EST ⏳
Applicants will be notified by July 24, 2026
Rain date ☔️ is Sunday, September 20, 2026
