After-School Mural Program Leaders

PROJECT TIMELINE:

  • Applications are due at 5 pm Monday, March 4, 2024

  • Selected applicants will be notified no later than Tuesday, March 12, 2024

  • The program runs from April 8–May 2, 2024

    • Group One Sessions: Mondays & Wednesdays, 3–5 pm

      • April 8, 10, 15, 17, 22, 24, 29, 1

    • Group Two Sessions: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 3–5 pm

      • April 9, 11, 16, 18, 23, 25, 30, 2

SELECTION PROCESS:

  • The staff of the OLSS and ACAF will review applications and make selections

  • The selected applicant will be notified on March 12, 2024

SELECTION CRITERIA:

Applications will be reviewed on (including but not limited to) the following criteria:

  • Appropriateness of qualifications for the project - applicants having experience painting outdoor murals are preferred

  • Potential for artist’s work to enrich Our Lady Star of the Sea’s school yard and Atlantic City

  • Probability of successful execution and completion of project within the proposed time-frame

  • Completeness of application
